Normal closings usually take 30-60 days; it can be shorter or longer as the opportunity may require.
Our firm will also do full, partial and non-recourse loans on a case-by-case basis and pending underwriting approval. We will review your executive overview and contact you to outline the next steps as to our interest in working with you to finance your property and/or project. (Other documentation may be required as we work together and we ask that you provide the necessary documentation as requested in as expeditious a fashion as possible. If we don’t receive communication informing us of expected delays, we will assume you are unable to obtain and/or forward the required documentation and send a letter of credit & finance denial with a plan for correction if this was not your intended result or outcome. You will have 15 days to correct this action and get your project or property finance request re-submitted and back into underwriting. A second similar violation will be grounds for immediate and irrevocable finance request denial and contract termination with and by our firm.
